SHIPPING INFORMATION

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:
- Processing time: Order verification, quality check and packaging. All orders are sent to the fulfillment center for dispatch within 48 hours after the order is placed.

Shipping time: This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our fulfillment centerto the destination. International delivery usually takes about 10–20 business days. US orders are shipped by e-packet, which is a US Postal Service product. After processing leave the warehouse, items usually take 15 to 30 days to reach their destination.
Dear customers, in the current peak season, affected by the global COVID-19 disease, all express delivery will be delayed. During this period, the package trajectory tracking may not be updated in time, but it is actually in normal transportation. But rest assured, we will continue to follow up to ensure your parcel is delivered normally.
